Karen Lee, Ext. 101, President -- Broker, has specialized in the Pacific Beach and surrounding neighborhoods since 1983. Karen has been in the real estate field since 1976 and supervises all property management and brokerage activity. With a business administration background and decades of hands-on experience, she finds the real estate market ever fascinating. Rehabilitation and visual overhauling is Karen's specialty. Karen received an award from the City of San Diego for one of her many renovation projects. Whether selling, acquiring or holding on for the long term, Karen specializes in helping clients maximize the return on investment on all properties while minimizing or "deferring" the tax burden of her clientele. Maintaining property and adding enhancements when needed are a win-win expenditure. Higher rents can be received and/or higher tenant quality is attainable, which support a higher sales price at time of sale! Carina Castro, Ext. 107, Manager, Property Management Division – Broker, has been with our real estate and management division since 1992. Carina also supports our brokerage division so she is a double agent! Carina has strong administrative skills and is quick to respond to the many needs of our clientele. Carina interfaces with all clientele – owners, renters and prospective clients! Carina and her two children, Jimmy and Jordan, enjoy the many leisure activities our area offers for families.


Katie Kashima, Ext. 106, Property Manager, has been with us for over four years and is a woman of many talents!  She excels in showingm, screening, and locking up leases!  When there is an upcoming turnover, Katie is on a mission!  She enjoys snowboarding at Mammoth Mountain and going to the beach.


Laura Barrios, Ext. 108, Accounting Manager, is a recent addition to our Riviera "family".  She has an extensive background in property management accounting and is familiar with both residential and commercial property bookkeeping. Laura helps with keeping us abreast of the cutting edge in computer programs to effect the timely and accurate accounting of each property.
