Rental Application Process
Riviera Property Management requires a positive history in the areas of employment, previous rental references, and credit. A $35.00 application fee per adult, which can be paid in cash or check is required. To submit an application please return the completed and signed application, application fee, and most recent pay stubs (or two months bank statements if pay stubs are not available) and return to:
