Updates Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19) Management Service and impacts.
Our entire portfolio of owners, residents, along with our employees and vendors remain our highest priority during the Coronavirus pandemic. We hope that all of you and your families are doing well.
Riviera’s business remains open to provide continued support to both owners and residents, however, as we to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we request that ALL in-office visits be postponed until further notice. Please feel free to drop payments through the front door as your normally would and continue to call or email Riviera as your primary means of communication.

Due to the unprecedented circumstances and concerns for everyone’s safety, ONLY EMERGENCY matters will be addressed at this time such as water leaks, backed up drains, heating issues, gas leaks and extensive power outages.
Many companies and vendors are concerned for the well-being of their staff and families just as you are. As a result, they are limiting nearly all services to emergency needs only. While we pride ourselves on taking care of your maintenance needs quickly, please recognize that everyone is trying to minimize contact right now and hold all non-urgent service requests until further notice when routine interaction is deemed acceptable. We will definitely take care of things.
Riviera is also aware that many people have been affected by business closings and/or temporary layoffs which may create financial hardships for some. We are sensitive to this issue as we personally know residents impacted and see other small local businesses around us shutting their doors. We continue monitoring Federal, State and local government guidelines for updates and information we will provide to those affected by this situation.
Our staff and families have been impacted by school closures and social isolation restrictions set by the government, just as your own families have been. We all have a collective role in following guidelines to minimize exposure and prevent transmission when and where possible. To that end, we appreciate everyone working together with patience and understanding.
