Application Process


All properties are available on a first-come first-serve basis. To complete the application process and be considered for an available property, applicants must:

1. Physically tour the property with a Riviera representative.
2. Complete a separate online application for each resident over the age of 18.
3. Provide your 2 most recent pay stubs or 3 most recent bank statements for verification.
4. Provide drivers license, military I.D. or passport.
5. Submit application fee for each applicant.

Please note: Riviera does not accept co-signers and all of our residences are non-smoking.

When a completed application is received in its entirety (by all intended residents), the application will typically be processed in 24-48 hours. During this process Riviera accepts back-up applications. If you are a back-up applicant, Riviera will provide a FULL refund of your application fee if the property is rented prior to processing your application.
